Across the nation, the Y stands for healthy living. Through its many health and wellness programs, the Y seeks to improve the health and well-being of families, adults and children. The Somerset Valley Y has programs that meet everyone’s needs. Our schedule of more than 50 fitness programs offered at our Hillsborough and Somerville branches include the popular classes of Zumba, yoga and Pilates classes, as well as kickboxing and fitness boot camp. Our weight rooms are equipped with Cybex strength training equipment, free weights, LifeFitness Treadmills, Precor Ellipticals, recumbent/upright bikes to increase your cardiovascular endurance. We have a pool in each of our three branches and rooms for indoor cycling. Whether it is your first class or 21st class, our experienced, caring instructors will make sure you get the attention and guidance you deserve and need.
