Group exercise classes are a great way to get in shape and socialize. Our schedule of more than 50 fitness programs offered at our Hillsborough and Somerville branches include the popular classes of Zumba, yoga, Pilates and kickboxing.
Our weight rooms are equipped with Cybex strength training equipment, free weights, LifeFitness Treadmills, Precor Ellipticals and recumbent/upright bikes to increase your cardiovascular endurance. Most importantly, they’re equipped with caring staff who love giving members tips and support.
