The Somerset Valley YMCA is a cause-driven nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through
youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
Three Somerset Valley YMCA branch locations offer fun and educational classes for adults and children to enjoy. The Somerville Family YMCA has a 6-lane pool, a child development center, a health & wellness center and gymnasium. The Hillsborough Family YMCA has a 6-lane pool, instructional/therapy pool, hot tub, a gymnasium, aerobic room, health and wellness center and a child development center. Both the Somerville and Hillsborough Family YMCA offer aquatic instruction for all ages, adult fitness classes, youth sports, summer camp and after school programs and swim team. The Bridgewater Family YMCA offers a 10-lane pool, expanded open swim times, aquatic instruction for all ages, aquatic fitness classes, summer camp and swim and diving teams.
By nurturing the potential of children and teens, helping to improve our members’ health and well-being, and providing opportunities to give back and support neighbors, the Y has a long-standing mission to issue long lasting and personal social change.

Financial Assistance
Through the generosity of our employees, members, donors and companies, the Strong Kids campaign raised over $267,000 in 2011. This fund is used to provide financial assistance to people who have a qualified need and help us ensure that everyone is welcome. Please review, complete and submit an application if you want to take a step into a healthier lifestyle and need assistance.
