Many local YMCAs allow our members to use their facilities at no charge. Please call the YMCA you plan to visit ahead of time to confirm their participation in the AWAY program.

CREDIT/REFUND POLICY: No refunds for classes, programs or membership. Requests for credit, accompanied by a doctor’s note will be considered when four or more classes are missed due to illness. Requests in writing must be received within the program session. Classes cancelled due to weather-related closings or emergencies beyond our control will not be rescheduled or refunded. Class changes can be made only up to the beginning of the second week of class. There is a $5 processing fee. All changes must be approved by the Branch Director. (Please note: A $15 service charge will be deducted from all credits and refunds and there is a $25 charge per instance of returned check/bank draft.)
FACILITY CLOSINGS: We reserve the right to close part or all of the facilities, without notice, in the interest of member safety.
Current Members: please see your welcome center representative with any changes to your address, phone number, e-mail or financial information.
Does your insurance company cover wellness expenses? If so, you may be eligible for reimbursement. We will be happy to provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.
Pre-registration is required for all programs. In-person and online registrations on the first scheduled day of registration will take priority over mail-in or drop-off registrations.
Current members can register for programs online. Membership must be valid through the entire program session.
New or non-members- please stop by to register in person.
The YMCA reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment.
*Please attend your scheduled class, as make-up classes are not available. The YMCA reserves the right to cancel a class based upon inclement weather at their discretion.
