22BODY SCULPTING

Enjoy a total body lifting experience and help your bones remain strong. The fringe benefit? Killer arms!

BODY SHOCK

This high-intensity class consists of dynamic upper and lower body drills designed to increase the speed of muscle contraction, and thus power.

BOOT CAMP/CARDIO BOOT CAMP

All the best of “Army Training” with fun thrown in to boot. This class contains classic conditioning training and mixes in out-of-the-ordinary drills, for a challenging total body workout.

CARDIO INTERVAL

Have fun increasing your heart rate through dance, kickboxing, or rhythmic movement. Our instructors shake it up every week so exercising stays fun.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat through an aerobic workout of kicks and punches.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Get your heart pumping and shake out the morning blahs with this fast paced class that focuses on strength training and cardio.

CIRCUIT WORKS

A high intensity, total body workout designed to condition the body by targeting strength building and muscular endurance.

CORE TRAINING

Train your entire core area including abs and back muscles. Working these areas provides strength, stabilization, and improved posture.

FAMILY ZUMBA

All ages are welcome, with or without kids. Bring just yourself; bring your kids; bring your grandkids!

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Through strength training, stretching and balance exercises, you can slow down the aging process and perform daily activities more easily. Geared toward mature adults.

44 - CopyGROUP CYCLING

This challenging workout suits all levels. Pedal to motivating music and to enjoy the ride. Classes are first come/first served. Members: make sure to pick up a ‘reserved’ tag from the Welcome Center up to 15 minutes before the class begins to save your bike.

H.E.A.L. (Healthy Eating Active Lifestyle)

Taught one-on-one and in groups, this program teaches a lifestyle approach to weight management focusing on education, behavior modification, accountability and exercise. The curriculum is based on the proven system of a low glycemic diet.

LOW IMPACT AEROBICS

This class is a great way to get in a heart-pumping workout while reducing the risk of injury. It’s great for beginners who don’t like to jump around!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Each 60 minute session may include strength, stability, cardio, yoga and agility training to suit your needs. Private one-on-one and duet sessions are available .

PILATES

This mat based exercise class strengthens and tones muscles, improves postures, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates a more streamlined shape. Beginners to advanced welcome.

POWER YOGA

For the student familiar with yoga and experienced in Sun Salutations, this class will challenge you with intermediate poses and a flowing practice.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Realize your fitness goals by working with a personal trainer at a lower cost. Sessions may include strength, stability, cardio, yoga and more depending on the group’s fitness needs.

SPIN N FLEX

Get your Cardio Sweat on….then pump it out with resistance training.

STEP

This interval based class combines strength training (body weight, hand-held weights or tubing) and with cardio drills on the step platform. All levels welcome. Work at your own pace!

STRENGTH INTERVAL

Challenge your muscles and kick start your metabolism. By lifting weights, you will build muscle and help prevent bone loss.

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR SENIORS

Master the skills to safely and effectively use the strength training equipment on our fitness floor in a small group setting. Each week presents a new challenge as you learn proper form and exercises for two major muscle groups of the body.

TAI CHI

The constant practice of Tai Chi’s slow, connected movements helps improve musculature by releasing tension, preventing bone fatigue, improving circulation, building coordination and balance and reducing hypertension. It also aids in managing diabetes.


69YOGA

Let us help you get “centered.” Our instructors will lead you through a series of poses that will build strength, flexibility, and lengthen your muscles. Meditation and relaxation will conclude your workout.

YOGA-PILATES FUSION

This class combines elements of Pilates and Yoga through various relaxation techniques and body strengthening poses.

ZUMBA

Dance steps to Latin and international music are combined with aerobic exercises to tone your entire body in a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system.
